Job Description

The role of a Product Marketing Manager is integral to the success of any product-driven organization. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of product strategy, leading initiatives to maximize the success and profitability of your organization's products. Your prime responsibility will be understanding the market, the competitors, and the customer to strategically position your product for success. You will work closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure the marketing strategy is effective and aligns with business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to equip them with the necessary tools and resources.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media personnel and influencers to increase product visibility.
  • Identify and propose new opportunities for product lines when applicable.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay informed of emerging marketing trends and digital innovations to apply to the product strategy.
  • Oversee the development of promotional activities, content, and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, brand management, or similar roles is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and consumer behavior data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is necessary.
