Job Purpose

The Product Manager is responsible for managing and driving the performance of a defined portfolio of strategic vendors within the cloud business. The role focuses on achieving commercial objectives across pipeline, revenue, and margin, while ensuring alignment between vendor strategies and internal execution.

This position acts as a central point of coordination between vendors, sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to support co-sell motions, optimize the use of vendor programs and funding, and ensure effective go-to-market execution. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate vendor priorities into actionable plans and measurable business outcomes.

Job Description

Portfolio Ownership & Commercial Performance

  • Own and grow a defined portfolio of strategic vendors, with full accountability for pipeline, revenue, and margin performance.
  • Drive consistent pipeline generation and revenue growth by activating vendor-led opportunities across sales teams.
  • Monitor overall portfolio performance and proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.

Co-Sell Execution & Deal Support

  • Partner closely with vendors and internal sales teams to drive co-sell motions and accelerate opportunity conversion.
  • Support opportunity qualification, deal shaping, and win strategies to increase deal success rates.
  • Ensure strong alignment between vendor priorities and active sales opportunities.

Go-To-Market & Enablement

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, sales plays, and targeted campaigns align to vendor focus areas.
  • Enable sales and technical teams through structured playbooks, training, and clear positioning to drive adoption of vendor offerings.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to activate campaigns that generate demand and build pipelines.

Programs, Funding & Performance Tracking

  • Maximize utilization of vendor programs, incentives, and funding to support pipeline creation and deal closure.
  • Track and analyze performance across pipeline, revenue, margin and ROI, providing regular insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously refine approach based on performance data, vendor feedback, and market dynamics.

Compliance

  • Comply with any filing requirements imposed by local governing authorities.
  • Comply with all tax reporting and payment requirements.
  • Comply with the group guidelines.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing effective internal controls and risk management strategies.
  • Comply with the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO 27001 requirements, and actively participate in regular training and audits to ensure continuous alignment with the standard.

Job Specification

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, computer science, or a related field.
  • MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus. 

Professional Certifications

  • Cloud certifications (ex: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Vendor-specific certifications relevant to strategic partnerships
  • Product or project management certifications (ex: Scrum, Agile, PMP)

Skills And Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems, including hyperscalers and managed services models.
  • Deep knowledge of vendor management and co-sell frameworks within technology environments.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in pricing, margin optimization, and deal structuring.
  • Go-to-market strategy development and execution.
  • Pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and derive actionable insights.
