Manage the performance and growth of one or more assigned product lines and in charge of achieving a yearly turnover.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to Product Management and Analysis  Manage the entire products lines life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Develop product performance analysis for own products lines.  Prepare marketing plan related to own products, relay to Product Category Manager for review and approval.  Analyze data related to own product(s) and recommend pricing strategy to Product Category Manager for review and submit approved prices for Customer Service in order to create and post trade agreement.  Set jointly with Account Manager the Sales Forecast and assist latter in achieving it by Metric Tons and ensure net sales and COP targets.  Follow up on unmet forecast with the Account Manager; log the reasons on the ERP, and take corrective actions.  Improve the BU customer churn rate (loss rate) percentage to above agreed limits, set action plans with the Account Manager to regain profitable customers  Visit customers periodically along with Account Managers with clear set agendas in order to evaluate the product performance and identify potential improvement, new products, etc.… Market Expansion  Identify, screen, nurture leads and convert them to prospects and update the database on CRM.  Follow up on the Prospects-to-Sales conversion process with the assigned Account Manager to convert them to customers and win sales.  Achieve the marketing expansion plan by number of converted MQPs Metric Tons and net sales Market Intelligence and Analysis  Conduct market studies through the Account Managers in place, related to own product(s); Product Manager prepare questionnaire, product presentations and prospects list. Carry out customer visits in coordination with Account Managers to further improve understanding of the customer’s product, equipment, process, logistics, needs and competition activities.  Prepare Competition Template. Build update and analyze competitor profiles

New Product Development  Identify, monitor and suggest improvements and enhancement ideas on own product(s) that positively influence the product position in its life cycle for the BU. Champion the whole new product development process from idea generation to market.  Equip the sales force with product knowledge and communication tools to market the new product.  Seek new ideas and remain updated on latest trends, technologies and processes related to own products through the Sales hive news network, attending trade fairs, research, and customer visits.
