Product Manager KYC Compliance And Risk

Role Summary

We are hiring a Product Manager to take full ownership of our Compliance and Risk product portfolio within the Wallet business. This role is responsible for driving the end‑to‑end product strategy and execution across key compliance, risk, and onboarding systems that power our ecosystem.

You will lead critical product areas including:

• KYC for individual onboarding
• KYB for business onboarding
• AML & transaction monitoring
• Risk rules engine (limits, velocity rules, wallet restrictions)
• High‑risk user journeys & enhanced due‑diligence flows
• Centralised onboarding platform used across Botim and other Astra Tech products
  
  

As the primary product interface for our Compliance and Risk teams, you will translate regulatory and policy requirements into scalable product solutions—balancing safety, compliance, and operational efficiency while ensuring that user growth and experience remain uncompromised.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and compliance product stack (KYC, KYB, AML)
• Manage compliance-driven enhancements and regulatory updates
• Define and optimise risk rules (limits, blocks, restrictions, triggers)
• Build and improve transaction monitoring and alert workflows
• Design restricted wallet states and high-risk handling journeys
• Improve onboarding funnel conversion while maintaining compliance standards
• Maintain auditability, reporting, and governance alignment
• Scale the onboarding platform service across multiple products
  
  

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in Product Management in fintech/payments
• Strong experience in Compliance, KYC/KYB, AML systems
• Hands-on exposure to risk engines, transaction monitoring, and wallet controls
• Experience improving acquisition/onboarding funnel conversion
• Comfortable working closely with Compliance and Risk stakeholders
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Experience in regulated markets (UAE or similar preferred)
