We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our card-related products, including multi-currency prepaid cards, salary cards, and credit cards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, extensive knowledge of the card industry, and a proven track record of launching successful card products.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for card products.
Identify market opportunities and define product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Product Development:
Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure products are developed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.
Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, sales teams, and support teams.
Product Performance and Optimization:
Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics and data.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance product performance.
Manage product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and phase-outs.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all card products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Work closely with schemes and card processor.
Work with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory issues.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of product management experience, with a focus on card-related products such as prepaid cards, teen cards, and credit cards.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing card products.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of the card payments industry, including trends, technologies, and regulatory environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to drive decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with fintech or financial services companies.
Knowledge of digital payments and emerging payment technologies.
