Product Manager - Card Products

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our card-related products, including multi-currency prepaid cards, salary cards, and credit cards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, extensive knowledge of the card industry, and a proven track record of launching successful card products.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for card products.
• Identify market opportunities and define product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  
  

• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure products are developed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
  

• Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, sales teams, and support teams.
  
  

• Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics and data.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance product performance.
• Manage product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and phase-outs.
  
  

• Ensure all card products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Work closely with schemes and card processor.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory issues.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  
  

• Minimum of 4 years of product management experience, with a focus on card-related products such as prepaid cards, teen cards, and credit cards.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing card products.
  
  

• Strong understanding of the card payments industry, including trends, technologies, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to drive decisions.
  
  

• Experience working with fintech or financial services companies.
• Knowledge of digital payments and emerging payment technologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
