Product Manager - Card Products

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our card-related products, including multi-currency prepaid cards, salary cards, and credit cards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, extensive knowledge of the card industry, and a proven track record of launching successful card products.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision:

- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for card products.

- Identify market opportunities and define product roadmap in alignment with business goals.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Product Development:

- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.

- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Ensure products are developed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Management:

- Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.

- Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.

- Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, sales teams, and support teams.

Product Performance and Optimization:

- Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics and data.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance product performance.

- Manage product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and phase-outs.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure all card products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Work closely with schemes and card processor.

- Work with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory issues.

Requirements

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years of product management experience, with a focus on card-related products such as prepaid cards, teen cards, and credit cards.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing card products.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong understanding of the card payments industry, including trends, technologies, and regulatory environment.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with fintech or financial services companies.

- Knowledge of digital payments and emerging payment technologies.

- Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
