Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and curious Product Growth Analyst to help accelerate product adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth. The Product Growth Analyst will work closely with product managers, marketers, and data teams to uncover insights that drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization. This role requires a balance of analytical rigor, business strategy, and creativity to turn data into actionable growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for product growth
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as activation rates, engagement, retention, and churn
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product features, pricing, and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize growth loops, onboarding flows, and engagement strategies
  • Use data modeling and segmentation to identify high-value customer segments and user cohorts
  • Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for product, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Support the development of forecasting models and predictive analyses to anticipate growth trends
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to define data tracking requirements and ensure accurate measurement
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics to identify early indicators of growth opportunities or risks
  • Stay up to date with market trends, growth strategies, and emerging analytics tools

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Advanced degree preferred but not required

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in product analytics, growth, or data analysis
  • Proven experience using data to inform strategic business or product decisions
  • Experience working in technology, SaaS, or consumer digital products preferred

Skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Understanding of experimentation design, A/B testing, and statistical analysis
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of product management and user lifecycle metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large datasets and scripting languages such as Python or R
  • Understanding of growth frameworks and metrics such as AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue)
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional growth or product teams
