Procurement Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Officer to manage the acquisition and distribution of company equipment, supplies, and services. You will serve as a key link between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring all operations align with company policies and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Tenders: Prepare annual procurement plans, draft technical specifications, and manage tender documents and quotations.

• Supplier Management: Source new suppliers, handle registrations, and evaluate supplier performance semi-annually.

• Operations & Compliance: Review procurement documents for pricing, quality, and delivery, and update department procedures to match international standards.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and report on KPIs.

• Market Analysis: Monitor economic and commercial market conditions to make strategic purchasing recommendations and reduce costs.
