Job Description
- Material Make Evaluation: Reviewing engineering drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and data sheets to select and approve compliant manufacturer brands ("material makes").
- Technical & Commercial Bid Analysis: Comparing supplier quotations to ensure the offered material make meets project standards, specifications, and budget limits.
- LPO Generation: Drafting and issuing accurate Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) specifying exact item descriptions, approved brand names, quantities, unit rates, and delivery terms.
- Compliance & Approvals: Securing Material Approval Requests (MAR) from consultants or clients for the specified material make before issuing the final LPO.
- Order Tracking & Delivery: Monitoring LPO fulfillment, coordinating logistics, and inspecting delivered materials for quality assurance.
