Procurement Coordinator

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Procurement Coordinator in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities for Oil & Gas materials, equipment, and services.
  
• Prepare and issue RFQs and obtain competitive quotations from approved and potential suppliers.
  
• Evaluate supplier quotations based on commercial terms, technical requirements, delivery schedules, and quality.
  
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers to monitor order status, documentation, and delivery schedules.
  
• Support supplier sourcing, prequalification, evaluation, and vendor development activities.
  
• Liaise with engineering, QA/QC, logistics, finance, and project teams to resolve procurement requirements.
  
• Monitor procurement schedules and support timely material availability for project requirements.

Required Skills

1. Oil & Gas Procurement — Understanding of procurement processes for industrial materials, equipment, and services.
   
2. RFQ & Commercial Evaluation — Ability to obtain quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and evaluate commercial offers.
   
3. Vendor Management — Capability to source, coordinate with, and monitor local and international suppliers.
   
4. Purchase Order Coordination — Knowledge of PR/PO processing, order tracking, and procurement documentation.
   
5. ERP / Procurement Systems — Working knowledge of ERP, purchasing, or procurement management systems.
   

Preferred Skills

• SAP/Ariba or similar procurement platform exposure
  
• Familiarity with ADNOC/vendor registration processes
  
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas technical materials and specifications
  

SAP/Ariba and ADNOC-related procurement experience are common requirements or advantages in comparable Abu Dhabi Oil & Gas procurement roles.

Work Experience Requirements
