Responsibilities

  • Analyze procurement processes to identify areas for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop efficient procurement strategies to streamline purchasing operations effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to assess industry trends and supplier dynamics.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement needs with business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure optimal terms and conditions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with purchase agreements.
  • Forecast procurement needs to support the company's operational requirements and growth plans.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and audit trails for all purchasing activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and external partners.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and recommend the most advantageous offer for the company.
  • Provide procurement reports and insights to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Implement best practices in sourcing and procurement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Analyst or in a similar procurement role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data-driven analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools for efficient sourcing management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and strategic sourcing methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
