About the Role


We’re seeking a PRO Coordinator, Fleet to join our Auto Leasing Department, supporting operations across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This role is critical in managing all government-related processes, including traffic fines, vehicle registration, and regulatory compliance. You’ll be the key liaison with RTA, Muroor, and other authorities, ensuring smooth fleet operations and legal alignment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Abu Dhabi and Dubai Traffic Code operations, ensuring no company blocks or restrictions.
  • Handle vehicle registrations, renewals, and Hayaza issuance or transfers for sold units.
  • Pay traffic fines within deadlines to retain discounts and ensure accurate customer billing.
  • Monitor and manage Salik and Darb accounts, including tag updates and vehicle allocations.
  • Track fines and black points, contact customers, and transfer black points to their licenses.
  • Draft and submit Arabic correspondence for PRO-level tasks (e.g., NOCs, parking permits).
  • Personally visit Muroor offices to resolve issues and transfer black points for unresponsive customers.
  • Release impounded vehicles from government yards across all emirates.
  • Resolve company file blocks due to Tameem restrictions or unresolved fines.
  • Manage disputed fines and raise tickets for removal; provide official receipts for customer disputes.
  • Assist in vehicle pullbacks as directed by the legal team.
  • Identify high-risk traffic areas and share insights with fleet and leasing teams.
  • Manage Asateel permits for commercial vehicles.
  • Coordinate annual Traffic Code renewals with Group Administration and secure necessary NOCs.
  • Serve as custodian of corporate credit card and maintain reimbursement records.
  • Maintain custody of AD Police and fine receipts and retrieve them as needed.
  • Provide daily operational support to internal departments and act as liaison with government authorities.



What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a PRO role, preferably within vehicle leasing or rental.
  • Strong working relationships with RTA, Muroor, and other UAE government entities.
  • Deep understanding of UAE traffic laws, vehicle registration processes, and fine management.
  • Ability to manage sensitive customer interactions and legal matters professionally.
  • Familiarity with online portals (RTA, Muroor, Salik, Darb, Asateel).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.



Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in a related field, ideally within vehicle leasing/rental.
  • Preferred Backgrounds: PRO roles, fleet management, government liaison, automotive operations.
  • Skills: Advanced MS Office proficiency; strong Arabic writing skills for official correspondence.
  • Language: Excellent Arabic communication skills (written and verbal); English proficiency is a plus.
