ADASI is a leading aerospace company developing advanced UAVs, autonomous systems, and aerospace technologies. We are looking for an experienced Flight Control Engineer to design, develop, and validate flight control and guidance systems for next-generation aerial platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and integrate flight control and guidance systems for UAVs and aerospace platforms.
Develop and optimize control algorithms to meet stability, performance, and safety requirements.
Create dynamic system models and simulations using MATLAB/Simulink and related tools.
Perform system verification through simulation, SIL/HIL, ground testing, and flight testing.
Investigate system issues, conduct fault analysis, and improve control system robustness and reliability.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including avionics, software, mechanical, and systems engineering.
Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and design artifacts in compliance with aerospace standards.
Ensure compliance with safety and certification requirements while supporting continuous product improvement.
Manage assigned engineering activities, meeting project timelines and quality objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Control Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
5–7+ years of experience in flight control, guidance & control, or control systems engineering within the aerospace industry.
Strong experience developing control algorithms for UAVs, aircraft, or autonomous systems.
Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, C/C++, and/or Python.
Solid understanding of dynamic system modeling, control theory, and simulation techniques.
Experience with control system verification, validation, and testing (SIL/HIL and flight testing preferred).
Familiarity with aerospace development standards such as DO-178C, DO-254, and ARP4754 is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced engineering environment with strong attention to detail.
Relevant aerospace or control engineering certifications are desirable.
