Principal Cybersecurity Officer For Gas Services F M D

A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, your day will be dynamic and multifaceted, centered around driving cybersecurity initiatives across our Gas Service portfolio. You will start by reviewing the latest cyber risk reports and preparing updates for the Chief Cybersecurity Officer and the Executive Board. Throughout the day, you will engage with various stakeholders, ensuring that cybersecurity strategies are effectively implemented and aligned with business demands. Meetings with executive management and external partners will be a regular part of your schedule, where you will represent our holistic cybersecurity approach. Your ability to lead and coach teams will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of cybersecurity in a global context.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Drive cybersecurity and ensure cybersecurity resilience holistically including the portfolio (products, solutions, services), production sites and business managed IT for Gas Service
• Provide regular status updates and cyber risk reports to the Chief Cybersecurity Officer and the Executive Board level
• Define and drive the implementation of the global cybersecurity strategy for the project entity business
• Support the Executive Vice President to fulfil responsibilities with respect to Cybersecurity
• Identify and drive the implementation of the necessary cybersecurity setup including adequate staffing of resources as well as understand stakeholders’ business demand for cybersecurity and drive its delivery
• Represent cybersecurity holistically (Information Security and Industrial Cybersecurity) in meetings with executive management, end-customers, on conferences and external partners
  
  
  

What You Bring

• The foundation of your success is a university degree or equivalent experience in information technology, cybersecurity or a related field
• You convince us with professional experience across different functions and businesses, including longstanding profound experience in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related field
• Strong ability to lead, coach and develop teams and communities. Further, you have analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to drive cybersecurity into the future
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders in a variety of functions at multiple levels including executive management. Intercultural awareness and ability to work in cross-functional, multi-national teams. Personal initiative, quality and result orientation
• As you act in an international environment you bring business-fluent English language skills, in addition to local language skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of time
