Presales Solution Consultant

We are seeking a Presales Solution Consultant to act as the strategic bridge between our commercial goals and technical reality. In this role, you move beyond standard product demonstrations into the technical conscience of the sales cycle.


Sitting at the intersection of technical credibility and business value, you will be responsible for translating complex customer pain points into deliverable technical scopes. Your mission is to ensure we win high-value deals by validating platform fit, sizing complexity, and ensuring a flawless transition from the "promise" of sales to the "reality" of implementation.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Discovery & Technical Validation


  • Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with IT, Operations, and Business stakeholders to map processes and uncover hidden requirements.
  • Actively qualify (and disqualify) opportunities based on technical feasibility and alignment with our AI platform.
  • Identify integration requirements, data flows, and edge cases that could impact delivery.


2. Value-Driven Proofs (Demos & PoCs)


  • Prepare and deliver impactful product demonstrations that focus on speed-to-value and business outcomes rather than just feature checklists.
  • Build and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions to prove the platform’s ability to handle "messy" real-world enterprise data.
  • Address technical objections from CTOs and Security teams with confidence and clarity.


3. Regional Trusted Advisor


  • Build long-term relationships with stakeholders, acting as a consultant on AI advancements and digital transformation.
  • Navigate the specific regulatory and data residency requirements unique to the UAE and Middle Eastern enterprise landscape.



What We’re Looking For:


  • Business Acumen: You don’t just understand code; you understand how an organization operates, makes money, and transforms.
  • Technical Foundation: 3-5+ years in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting (SaaS/SIs preferred).
  • Architectural Thinking: Familiarity with APIs, cloud concepts, and how LLMs/AI services integrate into legacy enterprise stacks.
  • The "Power of No": The courage and judgement to push back on unrealistic timelines or misaligned technical expectations to protect the business.
  • Communication Excellence: The ability to simplify the complex for a CEO while maintaining total credibility with a Lead Developer.



Bonus Points For:


  • Experience in the UAE/GCC market and familiarity with regional government or regulated sectors.
  • Direct exposure to workflow automation, iPaaS, or LLM-based product positioning.
  • Experience delivering user training or enablement programs.
