A global technology solutions provider is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant – MEA Region to act as a strategic advisor and solution architect for digital transformation initiatives across the MEA region. This role focuses on DXC’s Deliver on SIX campaigns, covering Intelligent Augmentation, Master Systems Integration, Experience-led Transformation, Application Transformation, Enterprise Digital Twin, and Quantum Resilience. The ideal candidate will combine partner relationship management, deep industry knowledge in banking and government services, and consulting expertise to shape value propositions and drive customer engagements.
Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Leadership
- Lead client engagements, RFP responses, and solution workshops focused on SIX offerings.
- Translate customer business needs into tailored solutions leveraging SIX frameworks.
- Position organizational change management, digital transformation, and advanced technologies as differentiators in competitive bids.
Partner & Ecosystem Engagement
- Collaborate with global and regional partners (cloud providers, FinTechs, ISVs, system integrators) to co-develop go-to-market strategies.
- Manage partner relationships to expand the SIX footprint in banking and government sectors.
Solution Development & Thought Leadership
- Design tailored solutions combining AI/ML, cloud-native apps, cybersecurity, and digital twin simulations for sector-specific needs.
- Develop industry-specific use cases for banking (fraud prevention, digital onboarding, open banking) and government (smart services, regulatory resilience, labor market transformation).
- Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, client presentations, and participation in industry events.
Collaboration & Delivery Handoff
- Work closely with consulting, delivery, and sales teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to execution.
- Support knowledge transfer and solution assurance during early delivery phases.
Required Skills & Experience
Consulting & Pre-Sales Expertise
- 5+ years in consulting, pre-sales, or solutioning roles within banking, government, or technology sectors.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-vendor transformation bids and securing high-value contracts.
Industry Knowledge
- Deep understanding of banking transformation (digital wallets, BNPL, open banking, compliance) and government digital services (Vision 2030, smart government, public sector modernization).
- Strong grasp of cloud, AI/ML, automation, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM platforms, and emerging technologies such as digital twins and quantum resilience.
- Ability to align technology solutions with measurable business outcomes.
Partner Engagement
- Track record of building and managing strategic partner alliances to drive joint sales and transformation campaigns.
- Exceptional client-facing skills, including executive presentations, negotiation, and thought leadership.
- Experience developing proposals, business cases, and marketing collateral.
