Job Description

We are looking for a PPC & SEO Growth Specialist to drive traffic, leads, and revenue through paid search campaignsand organic SEO strategies. This role focuses on growth-driven marketing, optimizing campaigns across channels to maximize ROI and business impact.

The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and creative, with a strong understanding of both PPC and SEO techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to inform campaigns.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and development teams to optimize landing pages and ad copy.
  • Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in PPC and SEO, preferably in a growth-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting data to optimize campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO/PPC tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube Ads).
  • Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS.
