Overview

Lead PMO governance, financial control, and portfolio coordination across complex robotics and engineering R&D programs, ensuring structured delivery and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce PMO governance, standards, and reporting
• Oversee portfolio performance (KPIs, risks, timelines, dependencies)
• Deliver consolidated reporting (progress, financials, risks)
• Manage project administration, compliance, and documentation
• Lead budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Coordinate logistics, assets, and operational activities
• Act as key interface between teams, leadership, and support functions
• Drive process improvement and PM capability uplift
  
  

• 7+ years in project/program management in engineering environments
• Strong PMO governance and multi-project experience
• Mandatory experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or similar domains
• Strong financial and budgeting skills
• Basic contract and compliance understanding
• Strong stakeholder management
• Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, and ERP systems
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
