Key Responsibilities

Programme Governance & Delivery

Lead governance across all AI-related programme streams, covering the full lifecycle from initiation through to value realisation
Establish and manage programme structures including RAID registers, decision frameworks, and escalation routes
Ensure delivery accountability across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data, and business transformation
Develop clear, executive-ready reporting for senior leadership and board stakeholders, focused on insights and actions
Oversee dependencies between parallel workstreams and proactively identify and resolve conflicts
