What you will do:

This role presents an opportunity to lead and shape governance and performance excellence across Corporate Services at a critical point of evolution. The mandate is to deliver rapid impact, establish strong portfolio discipline, and embed enduring governance and performance frameworks that will continue to add value well beyond the engagement.

Governance & Portfolio Oversight

• Establish and embed portfolio governance frameworks across Corporate Services initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of programs and projects with institutional strategy and priorities.
• Define and implement PMO standards, methodologies, and controls to support disciplined execution.
  
  

Performance & Executive Enablement

• Enable data-driven executive decision-making through clear performance insights, dashboards, and reporting.
• Track portfolio performance, risks, interdependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Provide structured reporting and briefings for senior leadership.
  
  

Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

• Identify and manage delivery, operational, and strategic risks across the Corporate Services portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Support stabilization and maturity of operating models during periods of change.
  
  

Stakeholder & Business Enablement

• Strengthen alignment across stakeholders within Corporate Services and broader institutional teams.
• Support employee experience initiatives and service excellence programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on portfolio health, priorities, and trade-offs.
  
  

Market & Capability Enablement

• Track market trends, technology opportunities, and best practices relevant to Corporate Services.
• Support the identification and adoption of tools and enablers that enhance portfolio and performance management capabilities.
  
  

What will you bring:

• A strong background in portfolio governance, PMO leadership, and performance management, with the ability to establish structure and discipline across complex portfolios.
• The maturity and confidence to operate at a senior advisory level, effectively influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong analytical capability, with a proven ability to translate data, insights, and performance metrics into clear, executive‑level recommendations.
• Experience working across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments, balancing competing priorities while maintaining alignment and momentum.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective engagement with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• A structured, outcome‑oriented mindset, focused on value creation, delivery discipline, and sustainable impact.
