PMC Project Director - (Low rise & Infrastructure)

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PMC Project Director to join our team! In this role, you will get to lead a large-scale infrastructure and housing development in Abu Dhabi, delivering world-class projects that have a lasting impact on the community.

What Youll Be Doing

• Serve as the PMC lead for a large infrastructure and housing development project in Abu Dhabi.
• Act as the main point of contact with the client, ensuring excellent communication and strong relationships.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 staff members, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
• Oversee the Construction Supervision consultant and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Supervise multiple construction packages with significant interfaces, ensuring schedule, quality, and budget adherence.
• Implement project management best practices, risk mitigation, and reporting procedures.
  
  
  

What Required Skills Youll Bring

• Degree in a relevant field with 20+ years of experience in infrastructure or housing development projects.
• Proactive, adaptable, and strong communicator with proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Experienced in fast-paced, complex project environments, able to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of project management tools, contract administration, and construction standards is highly desirable.
