The Role
To lead and manage all procurement activities within the PMC team for ADNOC projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project timelines, budget constraints, and contractual requirements. The role ensures strategic sourcing, contractor/vendor selection, and effective coordination between ADNOC, EPC contractors, and suppliers.

Job Objective
- Monitor critical equipment and material delivery schedules.
- Track progress from purchase order award through final delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential delays before they affect project milestones.
- Ensure long-lead items are expedited effectively.
- Monitor supplier engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and documentation activities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure compliance with contractual delivery dates.
- Escalate schedule slippages and implement recovery plans.
- Drive supplier accountability for critical milestones.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project expediting team and activities.
- Review and approve expediting plans for procurement packages.
- Monitor purchase orders from award through final delivery.
- Identify critical and long-lead items requiring special attention.
- Ensure compliance with project procurement schedules and milestones.
- Track supplier progress against approved manufacturing and delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular vendor follow-up meetings and progress reviews.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify schedule risks.
- Escalate delays and drive corrective actions with vendors.
- Monitor vendor commitment to contractual delivery dates.
- Review manufacturing schedules and production status reports.
- Monitor fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging activities.
- Verify achievement of manufacturing milestones.
- Coordinate factory visits and shop-floor progress assessments.
- Ensure manufacturing bottlenecks are promptly resolved.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and inspection teams for timely inspections.
- Monitor inspection release notes and manufacturing completion certificates.
- Ensure vendor documentation is submitted as per contract requirements.
- Follow up on material certificates, test reports, databooks, and warranties.
- Prevent documentation delays from impacting shipment schedules.

Expected:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum Twenty 15+ years’ experience within the oil & gas sector, with a minimum of 5(five) years in Expeditor role.
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC procurement systems (SAP, ARIBA preferred)
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ICV compliance requirements
- Risk assessment and supply chain management
- Commercial and contractual awareness (FIDIC knowledge preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills
