Job Description:

PMC Construction Manager – Buildings

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PMC Construction Manager - Buildings to join our team! In this role you will get to be part of a PMC team overseeing a number of building developments around Abu Dhabi.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support delivery management across a portfolio of building projects, coordinating contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

• Monitor site progress, quality, and HSE performance; identify risks/issues and drive actions to closure.

• Chair/participate in coordination and progress meetings and ensure clear reporting, follow-up, and documentation.

• Support project planning and execution, including interface management and resolution of construction challenges.

• Provide leadership to site teams and ensure works follow agreed processes, standards, and industry best practices.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a construction-related field (or equivalent construction-related experience).

• Minimum 15 years experience in building construction delivery / site execution (large projects experience preferred).

• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and industry practices with proven leadership and management capability.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to operate effectively in a client-facing PMC environment.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Experience delivering multiple projects within a framework/portfolio environment.

• Experience on major building programs in the UAE.
