Job Description

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Identify delays, critical activities, and potential schedule risks.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and schedule updates.
Assist in developing recovery and mitigation plans for delayed activities.
Track manpower, resources, and overall project performance.
Ensure project activities are completed within the planned timelines.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
Experience in construction/interior fit-out projects preferred.
