Job Description

Develop, monitor, and control project schedules using Primavera P6.
Ensure timely completion of project activities within approved budget and timeline.
Experience working in Substation Projects is a must
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).

Project Planning & Scheduling

Prepare baseline project schedule using Primavera P6.
Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Define activity sequencing, logic links, and relationships.
Assign activity durations, resources, and cost loading.
Identify critical path and milestone dates.
Update and maintain project schedule on a weekly/monthly basis.

Progress Monitoring & Control

Track site progress and compare with baseline schedule.
Conduct delay analysis and identify slippages.
Prepare recovery schedules and mitigation plans.
Monitor critical activities and resource allocation.
Analyze float consumption and schedule risks.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Generate S-curves (planned vs actual progress).
Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week / 3-week).
Submit progress dashboards and KPI reports to management.
Maintain schedule revisions and change records.
