Planning Engineer or Senior Planning Engineer – Tank Cleaning Projects

Location: Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Industry: Oil & Gas / Industrial Services

Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline).

8–12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with at least 5 years in oil & gas projects.

Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Proven track record in tank cleaning, shutdowns, or EPC projects.

Familiarity with ADNOC standards, HSE compliance, and UAE labour law.

Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules for tank cleaning operations.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and client representatives to ensure alignment with project goals.

Conduct resource planning and forecasting to meet deadlines.

Track progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients.

Ensure strict compliance with ADNOC and BNPP safety and operational standards.
