Job Description

Job Purpose

Update the integrity data in the relevant systems. Manage, maintain the asset Integrity related historical data and Integrity analysis results. Validates all entered data into the available data management systems.

Job Specific Accountabilities

  • Validates the entered data into the available data management system.
  • Physically validates the new equipment static data (i.e. with the name plates)
  • Gathers / updates of integrity related data from the reports / documents.
  • Verifies the implementation of the recommended actions raised in the inspection and corrosion reports. Utilizing the anomaly tracking software.
  • Maintains the IPS logs and supplied software, monitoring the software validation and resolving the related issues.
  • Maintains a dynamic/updated log for Main Oil Lines (MOLs) coating and joints repairs.
  • Maintains stock material /equipment inventory
  • Maintains updated logs for the raise requests for service and material.
  • Assists in maintaining the Integrity related reports / historical data and results in a systematic manner.
  • Assists in updating asset tree for completed inspections and assessment to issue the monthly integrity KPIs.
  • Liaises with foremen and engineers to update the status of the issued plans and objectives.
  • Carries out other related or similar duties such as preparing the required data for the integrity assessment and remnant life study reports and participates as required on quality, corrosion and inspection related aspects.

Minimum Qualification

Secondary School Certificate / UG – Diploma Diploma (2-3 years) in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Chemical / Corrosion

Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills

4 years of experience in integrity management and related activities within the oil & gas industry.

Direct Reports: As per organization chart

Indirect Reports: As per organization chart

Professional Certifications

Minimum one international certification related to Inspection and / or corrosion
