Pipe Fabricator

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Pipe Fabricator in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals with practical knowledge of pipe fabrication, piping drawings, cutting, fit-up, alignment, and assembly. The role involves preparing piping components according to technical specifications while maintaining fabrication quality and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interpret piping isometric drawings, fabrication sketches, and technical specifications.
   

2. Measure, mark, cut, bevel, and prepare pipes and fittings for fabrication.
   

3. Perform accurate fit-up and alignment of pipe spools, elbows, tees, reducers, and flanges.
   

4. Assemble piping components according to approved fabrication drawings.
   

5. Operate or assist with pipe-cutting, grinding, and beveling equipment.
   

6. Verify dimensions, orientation, and alignment using appropriate measuring instruments.
   

7. Coordinate with welders, supervisors, and quality inspectors during fabrication.
   

8. Follow applicable safety procedures, material identification requirements, and fabrication quality standards.
   

Required Skills

• Pipe Fabrication: Practical knowledge of preparing and assembling piping components.
  

• Isometric Drawing Interpretation: Ability to identify pipe dimensions, fitting orientation, and fabrication requirements.
  

• Cutting and Beveling: Knowledge of proper pipe preparation techniques.
  

• Pipe Fit-Up and Alignment: Ability to position and assemble piping components accurately.
  

• Measurement and Inspection: Proficiency with measuring tapes, squares, levels, and related tools.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience fabricating carbon steel and stainless steel piping.
  

• Familiarity with industrial piping fabrication procedures and dimensional tolerances.
  

• Exposure to oil and gas, petrochemical, or industrial construction projects.
  

Work Experience Requirements

The employer has not specified a minimum experience requirement.

Typical benchmark: 2–5 years of relevant pipe fabrication experience may be appropriate for a skilled Pipe Fabricator. Previous experience in industrial piping workshops or construction sites would be advantageous.
