The Role

We are seeking an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions in a busy outpatient setting.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes, building long-term patient relationships and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and deliver evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation programmes.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy alongside exercise-based rehabilitation.
• Manage sports injuries, acute injuries and chronic pain conditions.
• Deliver safe and effective Dry Needling and Dry Cupping treatments where appropriate.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management and long-term recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with DOH standards.
• Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Contribute to the positive culture and continued growth of Align Health.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Current DOH (HAAD) Licence or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 4 years' post-graduate clinical experience.
• Minimum 4 years' experience treating musculoskeletal (MSK) patients.
• Strong outpatient physiotherapy experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, compassionate and patient-focused approach.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Musculoskeletal (MSK) assessment and diagnosis.
• Manual Therapy.
• Exercise prescription and rehabilitation.
• Sports injury rehabilitation.
• Return-to-sport programmes.
• Dry Needling.
• Dry Cupping Therapy.
• Chronic pain management.
• Post-operative rehabilitation.
• Post-fracture rehabilitation.
• Treatment of low back and neck pain, frozen shoulder, tendinopathy, labral injuries, repetitive strain injuries and degenerative joint conditions.
• Functional movement and biomechanical assessment.
• Postural assessment and correction.
• Ergonomic workplace assessments.
• Electrotherapy and other evidence-based treatment modalities.
