Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose patient movement dysfunctions effectively.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Use manual therapy techniques to aid in patient's physical recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain detailed patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
• Advise on exercise routines and appropriate physical activity levels for patients.
• Stay informed about new physiotherapy techniques and integrate them into practice.
• Ensure the physiotherapy environment is safe and all equipment is sanitised daily.
• Assess progress of patients and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Communicate clearly with patients in fluent Arabic to ensure understanding.
• Establish trustful relationships to motivate patients during their treatment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution is required.
• Professional registration as a Physiotherapist within the local healthcare council.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English for professional communication.
• Minimum of two years of experience in physiotherapy practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical healthcare practices.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Positive attitude with a patient-centered approach to therapy.
