Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients requiring rehabilitation following acute medical conditions, injuries or surgeries
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies to optimize outcomes
• Provide expert consultation on physical medicine and rehabilitation interventions
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, therapies and home care strategies
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to service improvement initiatives
  
  

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Board certification or equivalent credentials in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi/UAE
• Proven clinical experience managing rehabilitation patients in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse healthcare teams and patients
