Personal Trainer

Job Summary

Our client is looking for a motivated, certified Female Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Abu Dhabi.

We are seeking a fitness professional who combines strong coaching skills with excellent communication and a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their goals. You will deliver personalised training programmes, build positive client relationships, and actively promote personal training services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and discuss clients’ goals, exercise experience, and training needs.

• Design and deliver personalised training programmes tailored to clients’ fitness levels and goals.

• Lead one-to-one personal training sessions and group workouts.

• Coach clients on correct exercise technique, safe equipment use, and appropriate exercise progression.

• Monitor progress and adapt training programmes to support continued improvement.

• Provide general nutrition and lifestyle guidance within your professional scope of practice.

• Build supportive client relationships that encourage motivation, consistency, and long-term engagement.

• Actively promote personal training services and contribute to gym membership growth.

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming training environment.

• Stay up to date with industry developments and continue improving your coaching skills.

Requirements

• A recognised Personal Trainer certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NSCA.

• At least one year of experience in personal training or fitness coaching.

• Strong knowledge of exercise technique, programme design, and safe training practices.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.

• Confidence in discussing personal training services with prospective clients.

• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Ability to meet the applicable requirements for employment in the UAE.

• A degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is an advantage.
