Personal Fitness Trainer

Black Pearl Consult is looking for an experienced Personal Fitness Trainer in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to provide bespoke fitness and wellness training. This opportunity is ideal for a highly professional and energetic trainer with expertise in strength training, muscle building, functional fitness, yoga, and meditation.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing personalised fitness programmes tailored to individual goals and lifestyle needs, with excellent English communication skills, flexibility, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to the clients fitness goals, physical condition, and lifestyle.
  
• Provide expert guidance in strength training, muscle building, functional training, mobility, flexibility, and overall physical conditioning.
  
• Incorporate yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to support mental well-being and recovery.
  
• Monitor the clients progress, assess performance, and adjust training plans to achieve optimal results.
  
• Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure safe and effective training sessions.
  
• Develop engaging, creative, and varied workout routines to maintain motivation and consistency.
  
• Maintain appropriate records of training sessions, progress, and fitness objectives while ensuring strict confidentiality.
  
• Provide guidance on recovery, stretching, posture, and general fitness habits within the scope of professional qualifications.
  
• Maintain fitness equipment and ensure the training environment is clean, organized, and ready for each session.
  
• Adapt training schedules and routines to accommodate the clients availability, preferences, and travel arrangements.
  
• Be available for international travel when required to continue delivering consistent personal training services.
  
• Maintain the highest standards of discretion, reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct when working with a VVIP client.
  

Requirements

• A bachelors degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology is preferred.
  
• Additional certifications in Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, Meditation, or Functional Training are highly desirable.
  
• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Trainer, or Personal Fitness Coach.
  
• Strong practical knowledge and experience in strength training, muscle development, and functional fitness.
  
• Experience delivering yoga, meditation, mobility, and flexibility sessions.
  
• Relevant fitness qualifications or certifications from a recognized institution.
  
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Creative, energetic, positive, and motivating personality.
  
• Strong understanding of confidentiality, privacy, and professional boundaries when working with high-profile clients.
  
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to accommodate changing schedules and international travel.
  
• Ability to work independently and deliver a highly personalized, professional service.
  
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
