We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to an executive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a professional who is proactive, resourceful, and possesses exceptional communication skills. As a Personal Assistant, you will handle a variety of administrative duties, ranging from managing schedules and coordinating meetings to handling correspondence and travel arrangements. The successful candidate will be poised, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Responsibilities

  • Manage executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain files and records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including accommodation and transportation.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations as required.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming requests, mails, and documents.
  • Conduct research and prepare documents and reports for executive meetings.
  • Manage executive’s personal expenses and budget in a confidential manner.
  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Liaise with other staff members and external contacts on behalf of the executive.
  • Organize and plan social events and other activities as required by the executive.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the executive and internal teams or external partners.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools is necessary.
  • Must be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial in this role.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside of normal business hours if needed.
