Performance & E-commerce Specialist

We’re looking for a data-driven Marketing Specialist to own our digital storefront. You’ll be the bridge between our website’s performance and our paid traffic results, ensuring our tech stack and search presence are optimized for growth.

Web Ownership: Manage and update our WordPress site and WooCommerce store for peak performance.

Search Authority: Execute advanced SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to ensure we’re the first answer on Google and AI platforms.

Ad Management: Run end-to-end campaigns across major Ads Platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), focusing on ROI and scaling spend.

Optimization: Monitor site analytics and sales data to smooth out the customer journey and increase conversion rates.

Requirements

Proven experience managing high-traffic WordPress/WooCommerce sites.

A deep understanding of how AEO is changing the search landscape.

Expertise in managing complex ad budgets and tracking.

A working knowledge of key digital channels including organic, paid, and email

Confidence using platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or Meta Ads Manager

Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong understanding of digital analytics, ROAS, CPA, and campaign optimization.

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Highly motivated, independent, and results-driven.

Compensation

Fixed salary: up to AED 5,000/month.

Performance bonuses: based on sales growth, campaign KPIs, and ROAS improvements.
