Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pathologist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing diseases by examining laboratory specimens and providing accurate pathological assessments that inform patient care. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring high-quality diagnostic services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical specimens including tissues and fluids using microscopic and laboratory techniques
• Prepare precise and comprehensive reports that clearly communicate pathology findings to medical teams
• Collaborate with clinicians and specialists to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality assurance protocols
• Participate in ongoing education and remain updated on advances in pathology
• Mentor junior staff and participate in departmental meetings
  
  

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Pathology
• Valid medical license to practice pathology
• At least 3-5 years of experience in diagnostic pathology
• Expert knowledge of histopathology and cytopathology techniques
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
