Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pathologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing laboratory samples, diagnosing diseases, and providing critical insights to aid in patient treatment. This role requires expertise in clinical and anatomical pathology, laboratory procedures, and disease diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine tissues, cells, and bodily fluids to diagnose diseases and medical conditions.
• Perform microscopic and molecular analysis to detect abnormalities and infections.
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and medical teams to provide accurate diagnoses.
• Supervise and guide laboratory technicians in sample collection and testing procedures.
• Interpret and report laboratory findings to assist in treatment planning.
• Ensure compliance with medical ethics, safety protocols, and laboratory standards.
• Conduct autopsies when required to determine causes of death.
• Stay updated with advancements in pathology, medical research, and laboratory technology.
• Maintain and manage laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Medical degree (MBBS) and specialization in Pathology (MD/DNB or equivalent).
• Proven experience in clinical or anatomical pathology.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, histopathology, and cytology.
• Strong knowledge of disease pathology, diagnostics, and laboratory best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
