As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in late 2026, Les Maisons Bocuse are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our Central Production Kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce high-quality dishes according to recipes and established standards

• Organize and manage your workstation efficiently

• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation throughout the production process

• Follow daily production schedules and meet required quantities

• Work closely with the Chef and the kitchen team

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of your section

• Monitor and properly store ingredients and prepared products

• Minimize waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients

Skills & Soft Skills:

• Formal training in pastry

• Proven experience in fine dining or high-end establishments

• Strong mastery of classic French pastry techniques

• Detail-oriented with high standards of precision and excellence

• Team player with adaptability
