Partnerships Manager

About the Role

Audiomob is looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Manager to grow our network of game and app developer partners.

You will own pipeline generation, outreach, contract negotiation, partner onboarding and account growth. You will also manage junior team members, track performance against KPIs and use AI, automation and creative strategies to build pipeline.

Required Experience

• 2+ years in business development, account management or developer relations
• Proven experience building, managing and converting a commercial pipeline
• Experience negotiating commercial terms and contracts
• Experience owning outreach, meeting, onboarding and revenue KPIs
• Strong pitching, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Public speaking or industry event experience

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with game studios, publishers or app developers
• Experience using CRM, AI and automation tools
• Multilingual skills such as Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, French or Spanish
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong developer partnership pipeline
• Create outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, events and referrals
• Use AI and automation to improve prospecting, personalisation and follow-up
• Identify creative and unique ways to generate new opportunities
• Pitch Audiomob and negotiate commercial terms and contracts
• Close and onboard new developer partners
• Coordinate partner integrations with product and engineering teams
• Grow existing accounts through new formats, titles and optimisations
• Manage junior team members and hold them accountable for KPIs
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline forecasts
• Represent Audiomob at events, conferences and panels
