What you will do:

As a junior paralegal, you will support legal operations and projects across our business platforms and corporate units. Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a point of contact for assigned business platform/corporate unit to understand requirements, gather information, and provide updates.
  • Responding to basic legal queries from business platforms or corporate units in a timely manner.
  • Assisting senior legal team members in supporting investment and project deal teams.
  • Supporting the drafting, review, and execution of standard legal documents and negotiation materials.
  • Conducting legal research and contributing to the development of legal templates and precedents.
  • Participating in knowledge-sharing initiatives, internal process enhancements, and legal tech adoption.
  • Supporting strategic legal initiatives such as AI integration and internal training delivery.
  • Assisting in administrative tasks, including governance, risk management, and internal compliance processes.

What will you bring:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized international university with a minimum GPA of 3.2.
  • Entry-level position; candidate may be pursuing a professional legal qualification (e.g. LPC, US Bar, or UAE Law license).

Knowledge & Attributes

  • Foundational understanding of legal principles and UAE legal framework.
  • Familiarity with legal concepts relevant to the assigned business platform/corporate and investment law.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive attitude, maturity, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Skills

  • Basic proficiency with legal research tools (e.g. Westlaw, LexisNexis) and document management systems.
  • Awareness of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT, with openness to technology-enabled legal work.
