Ready to build vehicle operations from the ground up?
On behalf of our partner, an international technology company expanding its vehicle operations into the Middle East, we are looking for an Overseas Operations Manager to lead vehicle delivery and road testing in the region.
This is a hands-on opportunity to help establish operations in a new market. With no local operating base in place yet, you'll play a key role in building operations on the ground — from route planning and testing to delivering vehicles to clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and survey new routes, collect route data, and conduct road tests.
- Coordinate end-to-end vehicle delivery with internal teams to meet client requirements.
- Monitor delivery progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve operational challenges.
- Provide client training during vehicle handover and maintain communication before and after delivery.
- Perform basic hardware maintenance, primarily replacing spare parts and exterior components.
- Manage the operations platform and oversee the monitoring platform.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Valid driving licence and confident driving skills.
- Experience in operations, vehicle delivery, or field deployment within automotive, logistics, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Effective cross-functional communication and working proficiency in English.
- A proactive, responsible mindset and the ability to learn quickly.
Nice to Have
- Previous overseas work experience.
- Basic knowledge of electric or new energy vehicle maintenance.
- Experience working in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
