Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales team by meeting clients face-to-face, showcasing our products, and turning interest into action. Your mission is to expand market penetration and maximize sales opportunities in the field. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and providing solutions to meet their needs. By communicating persuasively and understanding client requirements, you will contribute to our company's growth objectives. Whether you are visiting client locations, attending events, or following up on leads, your enthusiasm and determination will be key in achieving and exceeding sales goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in designated territories.
  • Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and attending various industry events.
  • Demonstrate and present products to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed company revenue targets.
  • Understand customer needs to strategize effective sales pitches and solutions.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor products, and activity to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results.
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team to share knowledge and strategies.
  • Attend team meetings, training, and workshops to improve skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to build trust and repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Representative or similar sales role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to engage customers effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Familiarity with different sales strategies and pipeline management techniques.
  • Comfortable working independently while also being a team player.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel moderately as part of the role.
