Job Description

The Sales Executive (Outdoor) plays a vital role in driving the sales strategies and revenue targets for the organization. This position involves actively reaching out and engaging with potential clients, conducting face-to-face meetings, and building strong relationships to close sales opportunities. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the Sales Executive is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services to prospective customers in their assigned territories. This role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Success in this position requires a passion for sales, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the resilience to handle rejection positively.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and business opportunities.
  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as determined by management.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients in various locations.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and materials.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to showcase and promote products.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on sales activities and performance results.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product offerings and developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of proven experience in an outdoor sales role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
