Job Description

The Outdoor Sales Executive is a key player in driving sales and revenue for the company by engaging directly with potential customers in the field. This role focuses on prospecting, customer acquisition, and account management to expand the business's market presence. An Outdoor Sales Executive must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic as they will be the face of the company, showcasing solutions and products to new and existing clients. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders across various industries. The role requires regular travel and the ability to work outside standard office hours as you will often coordinate meetings and presentations to suit client schedules.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads in designated territories and markets.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present company offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, outcomes, and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.
  • Keep abreast of competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an outdoor environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools and applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation are required.
