Job Description

An Outdoor Sales Executive is a proactive and dynamic professional responsible for generating leads, establishing excellent customer relationships, and achieving sales goals through direct interaction with clients in defined territories or markets. The role involves extensive market research, cold calling, and face-to-face sales presentations. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional negotiation skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the resilience to work under pressure. As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be expected to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining productive relationships with existing clients. This position requires a high level of autonomy, as well as the ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events or trade shows.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify sales possibilities and new trends.
  • Establish strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive sales.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to a range of potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Monitor competitor activity and report findings to management for strategic planning.
  • Manage customer accounts and resolve any issues to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or a similar role in sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel frequently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the sales territory.
