Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and driving sales within their assigned territory. Success in this role requires a results-driven individual who can maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and actively pursue new business opportunities. The Outdoor Sales Executive must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the assigned territory to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing products and services effectively.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and identify new market segments.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Resolve customer complaints and challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive products.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth transaction processing and customer service.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to promote the company and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas established by the management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably outdoor sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory as required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools would be an advantage.
