We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle HRMS Payroll Consultant to join our team. As an Oracle HRMS Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HRMS Payroll modules, ensuring smooth payroll processing and accurate employee compensation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HRMS Payroll configuration, customization, and integration, as well as a deep understanding of payroll processes and best practices. Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Oracle HRMS Payroll modules according to client requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in payroll processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle HRMS Payroll system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of payroll modules with other HR systems.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training on Oracle HRMS Payroll system functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and laws in all implemented solutions.
  • Stay current on Oracle HRMS Payroll updates and new features to recommend enhancements.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to validate payroll system performance.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to Oracle HRMS Payroll configurations and processes.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of payroll reporting solutions for accurate data analysis.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification in Oracle HRMS Payroll.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HRMS Payroll modules.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
