Job Description

As an Operations Support Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficient and effective operations within our organization. You'll be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the operations support team, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and meet company standards. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to motivate and manage your team, as well as liaise with other departments. You will be pivotal in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance our operational effectiveness. Additionally, you will handle reporting, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the support team, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Implement and monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of operations.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies in the operations support process promptly.
  • Develop and enforce operational standards and procedures for the support team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to synchronize operations and resolve issues.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their performance and growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational status.
  • Ensure all operations comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Coordinate with IT and service providers for any technical support needs.
  • Manage the team's resource allocation and scheduling to optimize productivity.
  • Address and resolve escalated issues from both internal and external clients.
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operations or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise the team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse teams.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and operational best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software tools.
