Operations Officer

The British International School Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint an Operations Officer to join a well-established, supportive team in a highly successful school.

About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Officer to support the effective coordination of CCAs, school trips, transportation, and third-party service providers. The role involves liaising with internal departments and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance, managing logistics, supporting inspections, and maintaining accurate documentation. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of operational functions in alignment with school policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation, approvals, and logistics for CCAs and school trips.
• Oversee daily school transport operations and manage support assistants.
• Ensure third-party contractors meet compliance and safeguarding requirements.
• Support health and safety standards across the school environment.
• Assist with planning and delivery of school events and educational trips.
• Support with internal and external inspections and follow-up actions.
• Provide administrative support for daily school operations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
