Job Description

An Operations In Charge plays a critical role in the smooth and efficient functioning of an organization's operations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effective management.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures for operational excellence.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback to improve processes.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow throughout the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and increase profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards and guidelines in all operations.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation in line with operational goals and objectives.
  • Analyze operational data and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture to motivate and enhance team productivity.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Implement health and safety measures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Lead and manage operational projects to support the organization’s growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years experience in operations or a related managerial role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic operational initiatives.
